The shopping haven in Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin which is just a few metres away from
Pasar Besar Kedai Payang, was officially opened on July 2008. Located strategically at the foothill of
Bukit Puteri, it has now become one of the prominent landmarks of Kuala Terengganu.
I love this piece in the centre court. The traditional Terengganu architecture is exquisite.Among many items that are sold here are silk, batik, songket, copper ware and local souvenirs. This RM 18.4 million mall was built in support of the state's vision of Kuala Terengganu as a heritage waterfront city.

Surprisingly the price of the products sold here are about the same price as other places and very affordable. If I have one thing that I have to complain is the public toilet. It is a pure disaster. Thank God the toilet at the
surau across the road is a star! Hopefully somebody will do something about it.
Other than that I absolutely adore this place. It is trully a hidden gem for Terengganu arts lovers.
